Refund policy

At Greenleaf, we create premium sleep products designed to last. We also aim to minimize unnecessary waste and transport wherever possible. Our return policy reflects both commitments. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms of this policy.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery using our return system.

HOW RETURNS WORK

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is free on eligible orders.
  • Free return shipping does not waive applicable restocking fees.
  • All returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery and approved through our return system.
  • Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Restocking fees

  • Preference-based returns are subject to a restocking fee, regardless of order value.
  • Preference-based returns include changes of mind related to color, feel, or personal expectations.
  • The restocking fee helps cover inbound shipping, inspection, handling, and inventory processing, as well as the environmental cost of return transport.

Exceptions

  • No restocking fee applies if you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect.

OPENED PACKAGING & CONDITION

Bedding can be difficult to repackage once opened. To keep things fair and sustainable:

  • Items returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable restocking fee.
  • Items that have been unpacked or used and are not suitable for resale may receive a partial refund of up to 80 percent of the original purchase price.
  • All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit and typically processed within 14 days of inspection. You will be notified if there are any issues.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—you will need to initiate a return instead.

EXCHANGES

Mistakes happen, and we are happy to help.

  • Exchanges are available for unopened items in original, resaleable condition.
  • Please inspect your item before unpacking to confirm color, size, and style.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order, customer, or address.
  • Used or unpacked items fall under the return policy above and may be eligible for partial refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned instead.
