We truly value your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, just reach out to us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We offer free returns and exchanges (with a few conditions), so there is no need to pay for return shipping.

HOW RETURNS WORK

Free returns are available for products valued at $50 and above.

For returns under $50, a $9.99 restocking fee will apply.

Clearance items are not eligible for free returns. They may be returned, but a $9.99 restocking fee will apply.

All returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery using our return system.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label and instructions. Returns sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
OPENED PACKAGING POLICY
We understand that bedding is hard to repackage once opened. To keep things fair (and sustainable), please note:

If the product has been unpacked or used, and is returned in a condition not suitable for resale, we may issue a partial refund of up to 80% of the original value to cover repackaging and inventory loss.

If your return arrives in like-new condition with original packaging, a full refund will be issued.
Our team inspects each return at our warehouse. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 14 days. We’ll email you if there are any issues. If you have not received your refund within that timeframe, please contact us at hello@greenleaflinens.com.
The restocking fee does not apply if you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—you will need to initiate a return instead.
EXCHANGES
(AKA: oops! I did not mean to buy this.)
Mistakes happen! We are happy to exchange your product for a different color or size.
Please inspect your item before unpacking to ensure you are happy with the color, size, and feel.

Sheet sets, pillowcase sets, and duvet covers come in a reusable cloth bag made from the same material. The size is listed on the tag inside the bag.

Sleep masks are one size and come in a gift box with the color clearly labeled.

The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Exchanges are limited to one per order, customer, or address.
Used items or unpacked products fall under our return policy and may be eligible for partial refunds.
