At Greenleaf, we are committed to providing you with the softest, most comfortable sleep products.

We truly value your satisfaction, and if, for any reason, you don't find your purchase to be everything we promise, don't worry! Just reach out to us within 60 days of receiving your products to request a return. We offer FREE returns & exchanges (there are a few conditions), so there is no need to pay shipping fees to return an item to us.

  • Free returns are offered for products valued at $50 and above. If the return value is less than $50 we will charge a $9.99 restocking fee. 
  • Clearance items are heavily reduced and not eligible for free returns. They can be returned but will incur $9.99 restocking fee to cover the cost of returning.
  • The deadline for initiating a return is 60 days after the product was delivered to your address. 
  • All returns must be initiated using our return system.  Please click the link below and we will guide you through the process.
  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, unfortunately, will not be accepted.
  • Upon receipt of the items at our Returns Warehouse, it will be inspected and the money will be refunded to your original payment method. If there are any problems or speed-bumps, we will contact you via email. The shipping, inspecting and refund process could take up to 14 days.  Please contact us at if you have not received your refund within this timeframe.

  • The restocking fee of $9.99 does not apply to returns initiated in the very rare event that  we sent the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect with the product.


You may cancel any order free of charge at any time up until the order has departed from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately, a cancellation will not be possible. In this event, you will need to initiate a free return or exchange instead.

If you have made a mistake in your purchase, no worries. We can exchange your purchase for another color or size. 

Our products (sheets sets, pillowcase sets and duvet covers come packaged in a sustainable cloth bag, made of the same material as the product inside. The size is listed on tag on the right side of the bag.For sleep masks are a single size and the colour is listed on the outside of the box,

Please check you are happy with the color, size and feel of the product before unpacking.

If you would like to exchange for a different color, please do not unpack the product.

Exchanges can only be made for products that are in their original packaging, with all tags and information sleeve attached and in resaleable condition.
