Greenleaf Linens Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview The Greenleaf Linens Referral Program ("Program") is designed to reward our valued customers for referring friends and family to Greenleaf Linens. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States.
• Employees of FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens), its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How the Program Works

• Eligible participants ("Referrers") may share their unique referral link or code with friends and family ("Referred Customers").
• The Referred Customer must use the provided referral link or code to complete a qualifying purchase.
• Once the qualifying purchase is verified, the Referrer will receive the applicable reward as specified in the Program details at the time of referral.

4. Referral Rewards

• Rewards may be in the form of discounts, store credit, or other promotions, as determined by Greenleaf Linens.
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to expiration or usage restrictions.

5. Fraud and Abuse FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens) reserves the right to review all referrals and transactions to ensure compliance with these Terms. If, at its sole discretion, FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens) believes that a participant is abusing or manipulating the Program in any way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose, it may:

• Withhold, cancel, or refuse to honor any rewards or discounts;
• Disqualify the participant from the Program;
• Take legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.

Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Self-referrals (referring yourself using multiple accounts);
• Bulk distribution of referral links in a manner that appears spammy or misleading;
• Use of fake or multiple email addresses to claim rewards;
• Any other activity that FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens) deems to be against the spirit of the Program.

6. Modification and Termination FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or other official communication channels.

7. Limitation of Liability Greenleaf Linens is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the operation of the Program. In no event shall FooJun LLC (Greenleaf Linens) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
